My journey began 21years ago when my mother and her family decided to come to California for a better life. Both of my parents came the same year but, they did not come together they didn’t meet until they arrived to Los Angeles, CA. First coming here was a hassle for both of my parents they had some ups and downs but in the end they both got to better there lives by coming to California and starting of fresh.
My father came here with a visa that was sent To him by his grandmother but my mother and her family came here with a visa that was sent to them by her aunt that came here years before. They both came to the United States legally.
My mother first Lived in Orange County then after getting there stuff together they moved to West Hollywood my mother went to Hollywood High with her three sisters. My father in the other hand worked hard saving up Every cent he can so he can build up a family and open up his Very own restaurant. He always wanted to have his own business even as a kid. My mother graduated high school and then after went to Medical School and graduated as a Nurse. Both of them became successful in a short period of time. They both had a lot of obstacles to overcome but at the end they reach there goal.
After a few years coming to America my parents met; my dad was 24 and my mother was 19. They got married together and made a family. My dad reached his goal and opened up his very own restaurant and my mother helped him run it. They also had some ups and downs but in the end it was like a dream come true. They were in a totally different country with different people from all over the world. It was kind of hard getting use to all the traditions and rules but together they got threw all the troubles and struggles. Now both of my parents are very happy that they came to America because they opened up doors to there kids future. They want the best for there children and they do everything and anything to make there children’s future much brighter and better. Both my parents came a long way. They both did there best to brighten up there future but also create a great environment around there children. I am very happy that my parents choose to come here. I am very great full for everything that I have.
